JUDGMENT
Upon hearing the claimant and no response having been presented in this case, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Judgement is given for the claimant in respect of his claim for outstanding redundancy pay and notice pay as follows: Redundancy pay - £8,753.05 12 weeks net notice pay at £427 per week - £5,124.00 Consequently, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £13,877.05 net of any deduction for tax and National Insurance.
