JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:-(1) It is declared that the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £2,000 gross from the Claimant’s wages in respect of work done from 24 July to 17 August 2018. Further, the Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £199.99 from the Claimant’s wages in respect of expenses incurred by the Claimant on behalf of the Respondent and which the Respondent failed to repay the Claimant for.(2) The Respondent is ordered to repay both sums to the Claimant forthwith in the total sum of £2,199.99 gross.
