JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £464.26 as the unlawful deduction of wages.[3]The Respondent is also ordered to pay the Claimant the additional sum of £56.62 in accordance with section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as recompense for financial losses sustained by him in pursuing this claim.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £464.26 + £56.62 = £520.88.
