JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of race discrimination and discrimination on the grounds of religious belief are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The remaining claims of unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal (breach of contract) and for unlawful deductions from wages have been filed with the Employment Tribunal out of time.[3]I decline to extend the relevant time limit because I am not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his claims on time.[4]In those circumstance the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the remaining claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract and deductions from wages and they are also dismissed.
