JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments under section 20 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant by email to the Tribunal dated 20 June 2017. The claimant’s remaining claims of unfair dismissal and for holiday pay will proceed to hearing on 17 to 20 October 2017. JUDGMENT BY CONSENT The parties having agreed terms of settlement by means of a COT3 agreement, by consent it is the judgment of the Tribunal that the Claimant’s complaints are dismissed upon withdrawal.
