JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for direct discrimination under section 13 Equality Act 2010 and discrimination arising from a disability under section 15 Equality Act 2010 are both well founded and succeed.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £13,694.76 by way of compensation. This comprises £6,694.76 in respect of financial losses suffered by the claimant and £7,000 in respect of injury to feelings.[3]The claimant’s claims for victimisation under section 27 Equality Act 2010 and failure to make reasonable adjustments under section 21 Equality Act 2010 are not well founded. Both claims are dismissed.
