JUDGMENT
[1]The Time for presenting a response having expired and no valid response having been presented in time and on the basis of evidence from the Claimant: the Claimant’s claims succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 1.1. In respect of her claim for unpaid wages, £1,601.46 and 1.2. In respect of her claim for notice pay, (breach of contract) £228.78.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the above figures have been calculated gross, the total sum payable to the Claimant by the Respondent under the terms of this Judgment is £1,830.24 which is to be paid without deduction and is taxable in the hands of the Claimant.
