JUDGMENT
[1]The application to strike out the claimant’s claims on the grounds that they are out of time (apart from the allegation of 11 July 2023), is refused. The Tribunal will decide at the final hearing whether or not the claims were presented within the applicable time limit. The respondent acknowledges that the last allegation is within time.[2]The application to strike out the claimant’s claims under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success is also refused.[3]The application for a deposit order in respect of the claimant’s allegation of 11 July 2023 is refused.
