[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £2884.62 in accordance with Section 135 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. This has been calculated as follows:a. Gross weekly pay: £480.77b. Full years continuous service: 4c. Age adjustment factor 1.5d. Total : £480 x 4 x 1.5 £2884.62[2]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the remainder of the Claimant’s claims as these proceedings were issued outside the time period prescribed by statute.
