[1]It does not appear to the Tribunal that it is likely that on determining the complaint to which the application relates that it will find that the complainant has been unfairly dismissed by virtue of Section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The application for Interim Relief is dismissed.[3]The claim for automatic unfair dismissal in breach of Section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 will be heard before a full Tribunal at East London Hearing Centre, 2 Clove Crescent, 2nd Floor Import Building, London E14 2BE on 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24 September 2020. The parties are to ensure that they comply with the orders set out in a separate document to prepare the case for that hearing.
