JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claims and judgment for redundancy pay, notice pay and holiday pay is issued in his favour in respect 2013.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £11.199.75 consisting of:2.1 £7083.72 redundancy pay;2.2 £3047.84 outstandding payment in lieu of notice; and2.3 £1068.19 in respect of accrued holiday pay.[3]The Claimant was made redundant on 31 July 2019 and as such his claim is removed from the list of combined claims for protected award in respect of redundancies that took place on 19 September 2019.
