JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of breach of contract in respect of notice pay succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £165.82.[2]The claim of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £394.50 (pay) and £114.94 (holiday).[3]The claim for accrued but unpaid holiday leave outstanding on termination of employment succeeds. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £34.88.[4]The Respondent failed to give the Claimant written particulars of employment. The Respondent must pay the Claimant £418.56.[5]The claims of less favourable treatment because of race and of failure to pay the National Minimum Wage fail and are dismissed.[6]The total sum which the Respondent must pay to the Claimant is £1,128.70
