UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Respondent AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set forth in a schedule of their own making BY CONSENT, the unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that: (1) The claim is stayed until 29 June 2018 when, in the absence of any application to the Tribunal by either party, it shall be dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.
