REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 November 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with EJ Ross’ orders from the hearing on 2 July 2021, the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25 November 2021 to provide the calculations for the amount that he says is owed to him the claimant has failed to provide copies of all documents in his possession that relate to the issues in this case or to tell the respondent that he does not have any relevant documents the claimant has failed to provide a witness statement 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No: 3201940/2020[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 05/01/2022 will not take place.
