JUDGMENT
1 . It appears to the Tribunal that it is more than likely that, at a full hearing of their claims, the Tribunal will find that the Claimants were dismissed contrary to sl 52(1 )(b) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act[2]The Tribunal orders a continuation of the Claimants contracts of employment with the Respondent, pursuant to section 163 of the TULR(C)A.[3]On or before 21 September 2018 the Respondent is to pay:a. To the First Claimant the sum of E3148.OO in respect of his pay to date (less the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance);b. To the Second Claimant the sum of E2634.OO in respect of his pay to date (less the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance).[4]The Respondent is to continue to pay the Claimants on the normal pay date of the end of the month a monthly payment calculated in accordance with the gross weekly rates of:a. E652.OO per week to the First Claimant; and Case No: 3201914/2018 & 3201915/2018b. 2546.00 per week to the Second Claimant.[5]This order shall remain in force until determination of the complaints or settlement.
