JUDGMENT
The Claimant’s claims of direct disability discrimination and indirect disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 are withdrawn in their entirety. The claims of constructive (discriminatory) dismissal under the Equality Act 2010 and are withdrawn against the Second Respondent, but not the First Respondent. The claims referred to above are dismissed on withdrawal under Rule 52, Sch.1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. The claim of constructive (unfair) dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996 is struck out because the Claimant lacks the necessary two-year qualifying period of employment to bring such a claim.
