JUDGMENT

[1]The claims for redundancy payment are well founded and succeed under Rule 22 as the Respondent did not submit a response to any of the claims.[2]The Respondent is ordered make the following payments relating to redundancy pay; £1890 in respect of Karen Hudson’s 6 years’ service; £1518 in respect of Sandra Brooker’s 9 years of service and £9922.50 in respect of William Alexander’s 15 years of service. The Respondent is responsible for deducting and paying any tax or National Insurance at source.
