[1]The claim of direct disability discrimination is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments is well-founded.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total sum of £9,826.51, made up as follows:3.1 £8,000 for injury to feelings;3.2 £568.11 interest on the injury to feelings award in the sum at 8% from 16 August 2023 to 4 July 2024;3.3 £1,210 loss of wages from 23 August 2023 to 1 October 2023; and Case Number: 3201860/20233.4 £48.40 interest on the loss of wages sum at 8% calculated from the mid-point.
