The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time.[2]The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent dismissed the claimant by reason of redundancy but failed to pay the claimant the statutory redundancy payment he was entitled to.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £8,680.50 by way of a statutory redundancy payment.
