Upon the parties having agreed terms of settlement and By Consent:[1]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages succeeds: the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £62.64.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay succeeds: the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £106.48.[3]The Claimant’s remaining claims are dismissed.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the totally payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment, to be paid without deduction, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, is £169.12.
