She issued it within a further reasonable period.[2]The Respondent has failed to file a Response to this claim.[3]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,990.04 as unpaid wages.[5]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,193.40 in respect of that holiday pay.[7]The Tribunal is to pay the Claimant the total sum of £1,990.04 + £1,193.40 = £3,183.44[8]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,183.44 forthwith.
