[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 29 January 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 1 February 2019. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The Claimant’s allegations or arguments that his dismissal was an act of disability discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 31 July, 1 & 2 August 2019 will not take place.
