[1]The claimant’s claims for a redundancy payment, holiday pay and unpaid wages are dismissed as the claimant did not attend the hearing and had provided no evidence in support of her claims. The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,283.21 without deduction of income tax or National Insurance payments.[3]I find that the claimant’s claim for holiday pay accrued but unpaid at the date of termination of employment is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,014.72 without deduction of income tax or National Insurance payments.[4]I find that the claimant’s claim of breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay) is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1.098.50 without deduction of income tax or National Insurance payments.
