Upon judgment having been entered in this case on 16 January 2019 and notice of hearing being sent to the parties on 30 January 2019 the Tribunal awards compensation as follows:

[3]The above award is made under Sections 103a Employment Rights Act 1996 and Section 94 Employment Rights Act 1996. There cannot be double recovery of compensation.

[4]Claimant’s claim in respect of non-payment of overtime (s.13 Employment Rights Act and Regulation for Working Time Regulations 1999) is not accepted and is consequently dismissed.
