[2]The remedy to which the Claimant is entitled will be calculated at a Remedy Hearing on 11 April at 2.pm.[3]The Hearing listed for 4 May 2018 will not now proceed.[1]In the absence of any witness for the Respondent to give evidence as to why a very late application to reconsider judgment and enter a late response to claim that application is not pursued.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant outstanding wages of £1,020.50 together with £70 for tips.[3]That makes a total sum payable forthwith to the Claimant of £1,090.50.
