Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £10,445.86.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £3,601.54.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant outstanding travel expenses of £100.[4]The respondent is further ordered to pay to the claimant bank charges of £304 incurred directly as a result of its failure to pay the claimant in accordance with the terms of his contract[6]The hearing listed on 19/11/2018 is cancelled.
