[1]The Respondent unlawfully deducted wages due and owing from the Claimant amounting to one calendar month’s salary and 47 hours of overtime.[2]The Respondent must pay to the Claimant the total sum of £3856.67 (gross). This may be paid via a PAYE payslip. The calculation of the payment is found in the attached appendix.
