[1]No response to this claim has been presented within the time limit set out in Rule 16 Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. It is not possible to determine the claim without a Hearing.[2]A Hearing was fixed before a Judge alone for 12pm on 4 November 2019. Neither the Claimant nor the Respondent attended or were represented. No communications were received from either party. By reference to Rule 47, after considering the information available to the Tribunal, it was not possible to proceed with the Hearing in the absence of the parties and determine the claim.[3]Therefore, the claim for unpaid holiday pay is DISMISSED.
