The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 16 December 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has no reasonable prospect of success (the Respondent is not the claimant’s employer)[2]The claimant states in her email of 19 December 2020 that the Respondent is not her employer. Rather, the Respondent executes payments via BACS for the (claimant’s) employer. The claimant’s claim has no reasonable prospect of success against the Respondent and the claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 8 January 2021 will not take place.
