JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions/ failure to pay wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds in the following amounts:(i) Unpaid wages for 230 hours at the net hourly rate of £8.58 being the sum of £1,973.40 net;(ii) The Claimant’s outstanding share of the 12 ½ service charge received by the Café during the periods in which he worked (which formed part of his wages under Section 27 of the Employment Rights Act 1996), the amount to be determined.
