[1]By letter dated 13 February 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with the Tribunal case management order dated 18 January 2021 and it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations why his case should not be struck out or to request a hearing.[3]Her complaints are therefore struck out.[4]The hearing listed for 24 and 25 June 2021 is vacated.
