[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal, for holiday pay and for unlawful deduction from wages, each succeed.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 2.1. £1,752.94 in respect of unfair dismissal; 2.2. £529.86 in respect of unlawful deduction from wages, and 2.3. £2,126.33 in respect of holiday pay.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment is £4,409.13.[4]The recoupement provisions apply. The prescribed period is 29 November 2017 to 31 December 2017. The prescribed element is £931.80.
