[1]By order dated 14 January 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why his complaints of race discrimination, age discrimination and holiday pay should not be struck out because:1.1 He has not complied with the orders of the Tribunal dated 24 September 2020 and 13 October 2020 respectively;1.2 it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations why his case should not be struck out or to request a hearing.[3]His complaints are therefore struck out.
