REASONS

[1]The Claimant attended and confirmed that the Respondent had paid to him all outstanding sums due. This was the position that the Respondent outlined in the written representations sent by Keystone Law dated 15 February 2018. They also indicated to the Tribunal that they had made the final payment to the Claimant on 15 February 2018 but did not intend to attend the hearing on 19 February 2018 in the circumstances.
