EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3201647/2018
Mr O AllenClaimantCygnet Health Care-Cygnet Learning Disability LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge Warren DateDate 22 January 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 26 November 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because, the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 2 August and 22 October 2018; it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 10, 11 and 12 July 2019 will not take place.
