JUDGMENT

[1]the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in the amount of £5,900 (9 weeks at £700 net weekly; less £1,800 in respect of two payments made by the Respondent on 19 and 26 May 2023; plus £1,400 in respect of the notice period, during which the Claimant remained in employment);

[2]the Respondent shall pay the sum of £5,900 to the Claimant, in full and without any deductions; the Respondent shall account to HMRC in respect of this award and shall be liable in respect of any tax or national insurance due.
