JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of age discrimination and breach of Working Time Regulations in respect of night time work for young workers are dismissed.[2]The Respondent underpaid the Claimant by £234.17 in respect of his pay for January 2019;[3]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant the one months’ notice pay to which he was contractually entitled. The claim succeeds in the sum of £403.20.[4]The Claimant had accrued 4.5 days holiday which were outstanding on termination. The Claimant is entitled to holiday pay in the sum of £113.40. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 3201607/2019[5]The total sum which the Respondent must pay to the Claimant is therefore £750.77
