[1]The respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the claimant her wages for January 2022 (£2,916.67) and 4 days in February 2022 (£538.48), and for her 9.4 days of accrued but not taken holiday (£1,265.43).[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £4,720.58, being damages for the breach of contract.[3]The claimant’s claim for damages for distress and anxiety caused by the respondent is dismissed.
