[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following: i) Basic Award of £897.50; comprising £5465.50 less redundancy payment received £4568.00. ii) Compensatory Award of £7763.80 comprising; a ) loss of earnings from 14 April 2023 to 11 September 2023 (21 weeks) total £10,322.34; b ) loss of bonus 2 weeks’ pay £983.08 c ) less temporary work at Close Brothers (£1375.68); d ) less temporary work at HTS Group (£2165.94); iii) Award for loss of statutory right £400.00.
