Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent having failed to file a response the claims of each claimant succeed and the remedy to which each claimant is entitled to receive will be determined at a Remedy Hearing at East London Employment Tribunal, 2nd Floor Import Building, formerly Anchorage House, 2 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BE on 21 February 2022. The parties have 7 days from receipt of this judgment to notify the court if that date is unsuitable, provide evidence why and apply for a new date.[2]This was a telephone hearing. The claimants have served their statements of loss and documents in support upon the respondent and the court in an electronic bundle (PDF). The aforementioned statements and documents had not been made available to me for today’s hearing. In the circumstances I had insufficient information to deal with remedy.
