JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of direct disability discrimination, harassment, disability discrimination, victimisation and direct and indirect disability discrimination are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant (the Claimant continues to pursue the remainder of her claims) Explanatory Note[2]In the course of the above Preliminary Hearing conducted by me the Claimant’s representative notified me and the Respondent’s representative that she no longer pursues the elements of her claim set out in the judgment above. He consented on the Claimant’s behalf, to them being dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.
