[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages/ failure to pay the National Minimum Wage succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of automatic unfair dismissal under s.104/104A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds.[3]The Claimant is entitled to a compensatory award of £3,574.55 in respect of her unfair dismissal.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,454.70 in respect of the wages complaint and £3,574.55 in respect of the unfair dismissal complaint (total £5,029.25).
