JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1.1. The claimant being neither present nor represented during the Preliminary Hearing in public listed at 10.00am on 11 July 2025 at the East London Hearing Centre by way of an in person hearing and at a point in excess of 50 minutes after the time set for the Preliminary Hearing in public, following the Clerk to the Tribunal’s telephone call made to the claimant at 09.52am on 11 July 2025 (and the Clerk to the Tribunal having recorded a voicemail message), and further, the claimant not having responded to email correspondence sent by the Clerk to the Tribunal at 10.19am on 11 July 2025, and the claimant not having otherwise communicated with the Tribunal in relation to - 1 - Case Number: 3201537/2023 her non-attendance at the Preliminary Hearing in public thereafter; on the claimant’s non-attendance; and on the first to the third respondents’ application, on the fourth respondent not objecting, and having heard representations from the respondents’ representatives, and having considered the content of the Tribunal file, the Tribunal dismisses the claimant’s claim in terms of Rule of Procedure 47 of The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. 1.2. The Final Hearing listed to take on 15 July 2025, 16 July 2025, 17 July 2025, 18 July 2025, 22 July 2025, 23 July 2025, 24 July 2025, 25 July 2025, 29 July 2025, 30 July 2025, and 31 July 2025 is vacated (cancelled).
