[1]The claim of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination is struck out under rule 37(c) for non-compliance with Employment Tribunal orders and/or under rule 37(d) as it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant is ordered to pay the Respondent £500 costs.[3]If the Claimant has any good reason why she did not attend the preliminary hearing on 5 December and any reason why she should not pay the costs ordered as set out at 2 above. She has 14 days to write to the tribunal setting out these reasons and providing evidence in support.
