JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for unlawful deductions of wages is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £374.34 net of deductions for income tax.[2]The claim for wrongful dismissal is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £6,006 gross of deductions for income tax in respect of notice pay. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the further amount of £600.60 due to an unreasonable failure to follow the ACAS Code of Practice.[3]The claim for breach of contract relating to expenses is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £645.79.[4]The claim for unfair dismissal is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £20,526 consisting of:a. Basic award of £13,860.b. Loss of earnings of £4,800.c. The sum of £1,866 due to an unreasonable failure to follow the ACAS Code of Practice.
