[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. There was no fair reason for his dismissal and the procedure followed was also unfair.[2]He is awarded:-2.1 a basic award of £754.81 based on his age and length of service; and2.2 a compensatory award of 5 weeks and three days for the period from 15 April to 29 May 2019 being £1,653.92, which is uplifted by 25% for failure to follow the ACAS Code (£413.48) being a total of £2,067.40;2.3 two weeks net pay for failure to be accompanied by a colleague £590.
