JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages (arrears of pay) in relation to the period between 04 October 2022 and 29 May 2023 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-TWO POUNDS AND FOUTY PENCE (£862.40). In addition to paying that sum to the claimant, the respondent must remit any sums payable in respect of tax and national insurance relating to that payment to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and account to the claimant for any such payments.
