Neither party attended.[2]By a letter dated 13 November 2019 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why her complaints of unlawful deductions of wages, breach of contract and unfair dismissal should not be struck out because the claim has not been actively pursued. The Claimant was given until 29 November 2019 to make representations.[3]The Claimant has failed to make any representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[4]All of the Claimant’s complaints are therefore struck out.
