JUDGMENT

[1]The Judgment is varied to the extent that the Claimant must give credit for the sum of £1,242.12 paid to him on 1 July 2019. The sum due in respect of unauthorised deductions is therefore reduced to £1,174.55[2]The Judgment that the Claimant was not entitled to notice pay and that he is entitled to holiday pay in the sum of £278.85 is confirmed.[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages for 28 March – 30 April 2019 in the sum of £2416.67.[2]The Claimant is not entitled to notice pay as he was employed for only one month.[3]The holiday pay claim succeeds in the sum of £278.85 (2.5 days).
