[1]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages (failure to pay wages owed for 17 days worked) succeeds in the sum of £1196.80 net.[2]The Claimant’ is entitled to the sum of £352.00 net in respect of 5 days holiday accrued and untaken at the date of termination of his employment.[3]The Claimant is entitled to the sum of £492.80 net in respect of the Respondent’s failure to pay him notice pay.[4]The total sum awarded to the Claimant and payable by the Respondent forthwith is the amount of £2041.60
